It’s been the same exact game for years, but it’s even worse now because they have modes specifically made to get you to spend more money after you already spent $70 on the game. It has to be one of the worst sports games, even NBA 2K is a bit better. Maybe Eminem can get his song in 2K.

Defending the encore that should have been, if Em didn't get so butthurt over songs leaking and throwing stupid a--- songs on the album. I agree, you could take Just Lose It and Ricky Ticky Tok off and make it even better. All other somgs are pretty solid. Not great, but solid.

Aug 9, 2024 Yeah, most sports games are like that. It’s unfortunate, but people keep buying them every year so they keep making them. I think I recall hearing that the Madden NFL game series is a billion dollar franchise or something like that. There’s probably always gonna be people that buy the games every year no matter what. h---, I bought NBA 2K21 and NBA 2K24 at the times they came out and even with that big of a gap the games still felt pretty similar. I’m definitely not getting NBA 2K25. The only sports game I get every year is WWE 2K.

Aug 9, 2024 I suppose it's hard to make universal changes to a sports game year on year! I've always said it would be better if a new game came out every 2 years and then they release an 'update package (new kits / player transfers) for half the price of a new game - think most people would pay that for those updates. However you're right, if people keep paying the money for the new game then why wouldn't they keep releasing it year after year
