Aug 29, 2024 after 2 weeks of not listening to DOSS, I just wanted to listen to it again. And I've been listenin to Em's disco for some time with the hype of DOSS being amazing. I started with MTBMB, listened to Encore, SSLP, MMLP, Devil's Night, TES, Relapse, Recovery and HTS in order. Now listening DOSS again after all those albums, it feels like DOSS is the album that feels straight outta prime Em era. It's not just the voice and production neither, it's also the writing style and delivery, the flows. I'm still amazed this is not even getting one bit older. This s--- could really be the real 4th masterpiece classic for me, but still too early to go that far. I never thought I would wanna listen Em that much and that often ever again. What a great album!
