Oct 22, 2024 at 4:02 AM The problem with those recordings is the sound quality. They really should release their pro recordings instead of letting those weak amateur ones shine. I have no idea why they never release live stuff anymore even though all are being recorded prob with topnotch quality.
Oct 22, 2024 at 4:37 AM They never really did actually. Just some officially released stuff from 2000s. There was a recovery dvd release planned but they gave up on it. This is the same mindset as Michael Jackson. Let’s not release stuff so people can come in person to see it. And having Em touring mostly in US and some festivals (barely touring actually) kinda sucks for the rest of the world as we have to stick to these recordings
Oct 22, 2024 at 4:46 AM They have to be idiots to think if they really don't release stuff so people would come and see. Eminem is a ww famous figure and he haven't even been to most of the countries anyway. Plus, nobody would think "oh, I already watched his live footage on my screen at home, I don't need to go and see him live and pay for it" It's not even close of an experience lmao.
Oct 22, 2024 at 4:48 AM I think you described Shady Records pretty well imo. Also I find it strange there was no bump in streaming numbers/digital media after a concert where 100.000 people attended.
