Basically Doom is hunting anchor beings, the main characters of thier universe. Like in Deadpool & Wolverine. But in this case it’s all the hero’s from across all Marvel movies/universes are protecting or hunting the MCU anchor being. A great meta commentary on Cameos and a flip on the Infinity stone chase.

Jan 8, 2025 at 2:00 AM It’s so weird to think Doomsday films in 2 months and we will have some sort of footage from the movie probably between Halloween and Thanksgiving, time is flying by. Saw someone say Doomsday could be more of an Avengers 1 style movie instead of being the Infinity War of the saga, but I feel like that’s disrespectful to Secret Wars lol. It would make no sense to me for it to go from a A1 style movie to batshit crazy IW/EG style movie 1 year later. At the same time however, if all the characters are split up in Doomsday like they are in Infinity War, it’ll definitely feel like it’s jumping from story to story with no point. Marvel kinda has themselves a challenge here, but I still have hope due to the team behind both new Avengers movie. Can’t judge a movie that hasn’t even started filming yet
