Feb 12, 2025 While I like Survival, it’s pretty random for MMLP2. If they used it as the lead single for Recovery, instead of Not Afraid, how do you think things would’ve stacked up? Comeback-wise, public interest etc? curious
Feb 12, 2025 You'd have to do quite a bit of doctoring to save Survival from being absolute unadulterated dogshit. A beat swap, a hook swap, and cutting out the horrendous lines would be in order. Even then you're looking at a 6/10 song max due to the underwhelmingness of the verses, so it's not even worth saving. To call it a destitute man's Till I Collapse would be overrating it. It's a s-----y song that needs to be forgotten and banished to the dustbin of history.

Feb 12, 2025 The question of which song is less s--- is not very interesting to me since but Not Afraid is the more interesting song in that: HTF do you go from Sociopath, Key to My Room, Deja Vu etc etc to that in a year, or less?
