Mar 2, 2025 Stumbled on a Michael Mann thread from a few year ago and thought this would be fun. There's threads for genres and movies you're watching, but I think it'd be cool to know what directors y'all enjoy Some of my favorites are: Martin Scorsese David Lynch (RIP) Wes Anderson, but only up to Grand Budapest. Not really a big fan of his films after that Francis Ford Coppola Wong Kar Wai Sergio Leone PTA Brian De Palma Pretty generic picks ik, but those are (some of) mine.
Mar 2, 2025 Scorcese hands down. 2nd favorite probably Nolan. The Prestige is a masterpiece. Not to mention Memento, Inception and Instellar. David Fincher might be tied with Nolan actually.
