Jun 5, 2025 I might be wrong, but it seems that once you select text and click 'Bold' you can't undo it afterward. The text stays bold after posting. So if you accidentally bold something, there's no way to reverse it. Or when you edit a message, if you toggle the bold option on/off it becomes unclear whether the text is actually bold or not.

Jun 5, 2025 Bold works fine for me on Safari on iPhone as long as I remember to hit the bold button again when I don’t want it bold anymore. I can’t speak for other platforms though.
Jun 5, 2025 Try typing normal text, then select part of that text and click the bold button. It should become bold. Now, go back and select the same text again and try to remove the bold.

Jun 6, 2025 I work 12 hour shifts so if I play it smart I can still take 4 weeks off with how my shifts fall, a lot of times I can book a week off with only using 24 hours vacation so its not too bad. Just gotta be strategic lol
