Jun 15, 2025 Seeing it ranked above Hit Em Up and Ether hurts a little but I can't say it doesn't deserve the top spot. It definitely belongs in the top 5 and that's coming from someone who isn't even a Kendrick fan. It really depends how you look at a diss track. For example, Hit Em Up is more blunt aggression but Not Like Us is way more surgical. The insults are delivered with a smile which can make it seem even more devastating.

Jun 15, 2025 If we really look at it its mostly just jokes about Drake being a pedo without proof. Yes the ovhoe jokes are fun with the public, hence why I say it has huge succes so I can understand it. And the succes it had in general makes it a great contender. But some of the other diss track had actual personal stuff that hit a lot harder imo than NLU. Even meet the grahams imo.

Jun 15, 2025 Hard disagree lol. Calling someone a pedo, even as a "joke" is about as personal and serious as it gets. You're accusing them of one of the worst things imaginable. And when there's any chance the public might believe it it stops being a joke, you're dropping a bomb on their whole image. In Drake's case, there’s already suspicion and evidence that feeds that narrative so it hits even harder.

I’ve already suggested multiple times that the mods lock this thread and migrate everyone over to the other one if it’s really that much of an issue. It’s as if people think this thread is the whole website. There are numerous users in here I’ve never seen anywhere else on the forum. This album came out almost a year ago, there’s no reason this thread should still be this active especially when most of the posts have nothing to do with the album lmao it made sense to spam the thread before the album came out but it doesn’t make sense anymore
