Jul 18, 2025 at 10:04 PM Funny for the past decade everyone called Superman Boring and washed, and now he has one of the most talked about movies of the year. For decades people said no one cares about Fantastic Four and yet they are about to have one of the biggest movie openings of the year. Funny how these are the 2 original Comics that actually birth all of superhero comics/Revitalized thier companies. If there was no F4 there would be no Modern Marvel at all. They are responsible for Marvel changing thier entire franchise to focus on the Hero’s with personal problems. Thats why Spiderman is so relatable, it’s why the X-men were made to be an allegory to the Civil rights movement of the 60’s, It’s why Black Panther was made. F4 is the most crucial piece of the marvel universe and in the comics they are the cornerstone. Same with Superman, arguably the first American superhero comic in the mainstream ever. Now it’s 2025 and they are the ones breathing a fresh air in comic book movies.
