Aug 8, 2025 at 9:55 PM Just saw the documentary this evening, it was actually pretty good. I definitely cringed a handful of times at the stans (Zolt Shady mostly) but it got better towards the end. There was way more people in the theatre than I expected too.
Aug 8, 2025 at 10:02 PM Yeah, I was kinda shocked how many people came out. My theater was almost packed. Except the front seats, but still way bigger turn out
Aug 8, 2025 at 10:41 PM So it's a movie about the fans' point of view during Em's career? And there will be a soundtrack with new songs?
Aug 8, 2025 at 11:24 PM I just watched the clips from the Stan lookalike contest....this is an embarrassing time being an Em fan. Let's please just fast forward to his next album and forget this year already.
Aug 9, 2025 at 12:03 AM It’s a mix of a history recap with pov stories of real life Stan’s. Most footage is interviews, TRL clips. Concert footage. Ect. Some Eminem answering questions but not as much as it should of been
Aug 9, 2025 at 12:52 AM Gen Z sure does love Mockingbird. That kid was legit crying real tears over it.
Aug 11, 2025 at 8:52 PM Yeah. I really good documentary would be solid. But his life has been such a open book that what could he really have to tell that would be new and exciting
Aug 11, 2025 at 10:31 PM I feel like the best case scenario would be a Last Dance-esque doc, but that's clearly never gonna happen lmao
Aug 11, 2025 at 10:50 PM Tore a page from Jordan, Came and destroyed the Game. You can ask Dre & 50; I really ghostwrote Hate it or Love it in 98’ for LL cool J
Aug 12, 2025 at 8:43 AM I doubt it will include these but I would like to listen to Let Us Live I am Buried Alive Angry Blonde Violence Sick Like That
Aug 12, 2025 at 1:03 PM I think it will be 2-4 new songs maximum. There are 4 vinyls only, and the movie has at least 16 old songs in there. There might be a chance that only a batch of old songs made it to the soundtrack, and the rest is new, but I doubt it.
Aug 12, 2025 at 1:17 PM I'm pretty sure Dre said in a interview with snoop that Eminem wanted to release at least 10 tracks from the sslp and they'd be released someway this year. Unreleased shady after the death of slim shady. All adds up really .
Aug 12, 2025 at 5:59 PM Jeff Bass says there are a dozen songs that didn't make the Slim Shady LP but most would be on the Unmastered Sequence and Demon Inside. We've probably heard maybe half those recorded.
