Aug 26, 2025 at 2:45 PM I really liked Lana during the Ultraviolence era and I’ve always checked out her new albums ever since but every single song she made after that album just all sound like the same song to me
Aug 26, 2025 at 3:09 PM I feel a similar way. I’ve tried to connect to Lana but I just can’t. In isolation her songs are beautiful, but when it comes to a whole album sometimes I struggle to differentiate one song from the next in a meaningful way. Pull a bunch of random Lana songs from her discography and I probably wouldn’t be able to tell you which album each song came from unless it’s her earlier work. It’s why I’ve never been able to be a full-on fan of hers despite enjoying her music when I hear it.
