    I think Everybody's Looking at Me is the song DJ Head was talking about. It was produced by Dre in between MMLP and TES and is the type of song where you don't know if Em is angry or serious. While JMAM was recorded for MMLP (So before the album came out), and has more of a funny tone.

    I wondered this too. I’m not into my 80s RnB/soul though, would getting Rockwells “somebodies watching me” mixed up with a “New Edition kinda hook” be a plausible mistake to make?
