Aug 29, 2025 at 7:38 PM It’s true. I wrote it about him. Me and Bizzare in the Hotel in Florida wrote the lyrics #TrueStory
Aug 29, 2025 at 7:43 PM After repeated listens with no end in sight the Everybody's Looking beat has grown on me immensely. Slick af.
Aug 29, 2025 at 7:44 PM lol I am in the fence about this, I agree about him releasing all the s--- when he had it but how much more confirmed songs were in the vault in only 2003, like 98 percent of the leaks were past that era of em. I think? I honestly was wondering the era of each leak and don't really wanna dig too hard youre pretty knowledgeable in the era of when songs are from, you and @Big Monkey too, be pretty sweet for a list of what years all the leaks are from. all the leaks from studioleaks days to just this year? if im asking too much my bad lol anyways but there have been some gems hes released since then, I really enjoyed tdoss, and yes I know a lot of the songs are old/reworked, antichrist, brand new dance, and Renaissance are all reworked arent they? theyre the only ones in my Playlist other than Habits... Habits is like one of my all time favorite eminem songs
Aug 29, 2025 at 7:46 PM You most likely had a lucky escape. They all show their true colours eventually, and 99% of them are all the same, have the same ugly personality traits deep down. Some are just better at hiding it than others. Keep working, stack some dollars up and enjoy yourself. Paying for a bit of sex here and there never did anyone any harm either. It can even be quite fun sometimes. Just stay away from the devils brew.
Aug 29, 2025 at 7:50 PM f---in a. its dope I actually enjoy my job so I just work ot all the time now and stack like you suggested, soon enough will be all set up for recording and lawyered up for that TV show...
Aug 29, 2025 at 7:54 PM I have zero interest in any leaks that are material from 2005 onwards unfortunately. Except maybe Emulate and Difficult. The Monkey is probably your guy for that. There are some rumoured songs with Jeff Bass from 06 id like to hear, along with the 3 other Proof tributes he recorded. Regarding prime era stuff 99-03, we don’t really have much. Smack You and Take It I think. If you wanna count proper releases then we have things like ELAM, Lose Yourself demo, No Apologies, Love You More and We As Americans. Hopefully the vault continues to open in the years to come, whether legally or illegally.
Aug 29, 2025 at 8:05 PM The title of “ELAM” was rumoured for many years. Most us already knew The Kiss skit was called Everybody’s Looking At Me. But I wonder if anyone here can track back to the original source of that info. Where did it originally come from? Maybe the person who revealed it, possibly many, many years ago, also revealed other bits of information that have long been forgotten about. Nice little side quest for someone.
Aug 29, 2025 at 8:28 PM The less obvious ones (I guess): Take It (2001 except for the talking in the intro which is 2013 or later) Marshall Powers (Kamikaze leftover) Jump Out (Encore era) Since the year/era of "Take It" is hotly debated among stans with opinions ranging from 2001 to 2008 it would be interesting to hear Lil Matthew's take. My ear tells me it has to be 2001, early 2002 latest, though confessedly he does sound a bit off for that era.
Aug 29, 2025 at 8:35 PM about the older leaks... im with zeb on the era of leaks id like to hear. so what older ones are from that era? I want to do a Playlist thing so I'd like to know... out of all the leaks from way back from when studioleaks started until now, what songs out of them all are from 99-05? anything before relapse pretty much please I appreciate it I knew take it had to be from back then just the smooth delivery and funny content, that was my favorite out of all the recent leaks
Aug 29, 2025 at 8:44 PM Intro - 2008 Daah daah daah part of intro - somewhere between 01-03 2 vocal tracks rapping the same verse - one from 01-03, which is quieter in the mix, and the main one which is probably early 08, nut up/detroit basketball era. so he basically already had the verse recorded, but went over it again with a later voice and used the newer one as the main take and left the old one just quietly underneath. hook - I’m not sure, could be the same as the verse or could be freshly recorded in 08. I’d go with the latter. the Daah Daah part of the intro could possibly point towards him having an idea of Dina Rae featuring.
Aug 29, 2025 at 8:47 PM I figured this much but was hoping I was forgetting about one from back in the day or something
Aug 29, 2025 at 8:53 PM And it doesn't seem to matter and it doesn't seem right 'Cause the will has brought no fortune, still, I cry alone at night Don't you judge of my composure 'cause I'm lying to myself And the reason why she left me, did she find in someone else?
Aug 29, 2025 at 8:55 PM Also expanding on my theory of the two vocal takes and the second one being early 08, it kinda fits with the story he’s told many times of having to “learn to rap” again after the overdose. We know he was sending music to Paul, which he mentions in the Take It intro. and what better way to “learn to rap” again than rapping along to one of your old unreleased verses and recording it so you can get to grips with the delivery/tone being in front of a mic again etc.
Aug 29, 2025 at 9:23 PM The "da-da-da" strikes me as a distinctly 2001 quirk. He did similar vocables in Devil's Night (in the That's How intro, Blow My Buzz, at least). I have a hard time going along with the popular theory (based on the file access dates according to the leaker) that he kept going back to such a seemingly minor freestylish song as late as 2008. The voice is a little weird for a younger Eminem, but the (bl)accent is what gives the era away for me. Even by 2003 it had changed a lot, never mind 2008. Sounds like a drunk / extremely high 2001 Eminem to me. But whenever the song is from, both the hook and entire verse are so vocally congruous I'd say they must have been recorded the same year.
Aug 29, 2025 at 9:30 PM You can tell that's MMLP2 era at least by the voice and esp the almost nonexistent blaccent.
