Sep 3, 2025 at 6:35 PM So what are the odds while lurking this thread Eminem decided to scrap the two D12 songs he had planned and grant my wish? Seeing as I'm the uncontested king of Stans. It's not such a stretch all the more considering this site is the second Google hit for "eminem forum", after reddit. I'm also liking the odds he's one of my biggest subs on yt.
Sep 3, 2025 at 6:40 PM At this point I’d say the odds are high. Considering all the Roo references on DoSS and now Eminem releasing ELAM for you, I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if someone from Eminem’s team is feeding him information directly from this forum. But he can’t say it outright because he doesn’t want people to know he lurks forums.
Sep 3, 2025 at 7:28 PM Would rather live in "new india" than a country ran by a r-----ed reality tv show star, the world's laughing at him and people like yourself.
Sep 3, 2025 at 7:49 PM Though I was being a bit self-indulgent I was also being somewhat serious. Wasn't the soundtrack originally advertised as having two unreleased tracks? At some point he changed his mind (at least about the number). And afaik it's generally only the more hardcore fans that even knew or cared about this song, or at least speculated if it was a finished song. It's not as though #ReleaseELAM was trending and he released it to please a massive chorus of fans. While it could just be my narcissism talking it doesn't seem to me too far-fetched that we wouldn't be talking about this song right now if it wasn't for my post. He probably doesn't lurk this place but it's almost a given at this point that someone in his camp does.
Sep 3, 2025 at 8:02 PM I was also being somewhat serious. Yes, the soundtrack was originally advertised as having 2 unreleased tracks with D12 and Proof. I believe it was originally an official (I assume it’s official anyway) Instagram page called “Eminem Germany” that put out that info. You have a good point about ELAM being a song that wasn’t asked for by the majority of fans. It feels too suspicious for it to be a coincidence that we ended up getting ELAM after you asked for it and we didn’t get the 2 unreleased tracks after this forum reacted negatively to that Instagram page’s news. Like I said, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if someone from Eminem’s team lurks here. I mean let’s be honest, this is a way better place to get feedback than that cringe Eminem subreddit. Twitter is also a cesspool. As bad as this place can be sometimes, I’d take it over Reddit and Twitter when it comes to getting feedback.
Sep 3, 2025 at 10:58 PM f--- it I'm going with the 4 verse version just because I don't want the song to end. Final revision (think I finally got the volume just right): Never gets old. Eminem was a human flamethrower back in the day.
Sep 4, 2025 at 12:01 PM you down to do a stan story vid or what man? you would be an asset for a project like that coming out of the forum. I feel like eminem def viewed studioleaks at least and knows of a few more posters than just koolo.
Sep 4, 2025 at 1:24 PM What was that song called where he said something like "before I tear up the shelter, imma give my dogs a pound" literally the same time HHS got deleted from server.
Sep 4, 2025 at 1:43 PM Walk On Water was pretty much about this entire forum and most of us who absolutely despised that 2012-2015 era at the time.
Sep 4, 2025 at 1:51 PM I doubt I would be motivated to do it. I wouldn't even necessarily rule out a "face reveal video" down the line but it probably wouldn't be about Eminem. There's not much of a story to tell, but if you're actually curious: I was introduced to him against my will through my mom who would play his albums in the car with me sometimes, from SSLP to Encore era. So starting when I was like 9. For a long time I remember finding him annoying overall but secretly vibing to a few songs like Marshall Mathers. It wouldn't be until my late teens that I started listening to him on my own. At first I revisited his music for a quick nostalgia trip but quickly found myself appreciating aspects of it that I never did before, esp the precision and complexity of his rhyming and punch of his vocal delivery. Since then I've been listening to him on and off, taking months or years long breaks, sometimes thinking I'd outgrown his music, only to relapse and find at least a handful of songs fresh again. The more time went by the more particular my tastes became, and it's this I think that eventually lead to the editing hobby, which besides a few little tweaks here and there like cutting out D12 verses I didn't really start to take up with any seriousness until a couple of years ago. There were just too many songs, I felt, that needed improvement or retouching or could be heard in a different way. For example the p---- Like Me beat is classic Eminem and Jeff Bass and was wasted on a D12 song without even an Eminem verse. So since no one else was gonna do anything about it I had to step in and become Stanley himself.
