Gun laws on criminals makes zero sense. They are gonna get guns regardless if they are criminals. Passing a bill for gangsters having guns to be illegal would do nothing. It’s to limit access to the average joe from getting automatic Rifles and sub machines as easy as it is here in America. That would lower school shootings and mass shootings. g--- violence and mass shootings are 2 separate problems and have zero correlation. Most g--- s---t outs aren’t mass shootings. Mass shootings are when one individual goes in a mall, theater or school and shoots up the place for attention. 2 totally different things. So idk what being black has to do with anything
