Black widow is a better movie than the Incredible Hulk or Thor. The first movies of other Avengers. And it successfully introduced Natasha’s Successor, had great Car Stunt sequences, Close range combat action scenes, and followed up loose ends from events of the first Avengers movie referenced in Budapest. While also being the origins of Val, Hawkeye S1, and The New Avengers.

Shang-chi followed that formula but gave us even better action, a Compelling villain that retroactively fixed the Mandarin problem from Ironman 3, and follows more threads from the first Ironman. It also managed to be marvel’s first Asian fantasy movie and show the strain of childhood trauma.

Both these movies are good and as impactful to the marvel cinematic universe as NWH. And if we being honest both of them were shot better then Jon watts on Spiderman with 1/2 the budget. Pls stfu marsh. Sorry some of us actually like characters to grow and develop in one movie. MCU spider-man took years for the MCU to even get his suit right. Lmfao

And Spidey is my all time favorite character and my favorite marvel movies, but MCU fans need to stop the cap. Sony movies benefit more off being attached to the MCU then if not. I don’t blame anyone if No way home is thier favorite movie. But it and Deadpool are prime examples that the mass audience just want thier avengers level event movies. Which is fine, but I wish people stop lying to themselves saying “Just make good movies”.

The most spider-man thing didn’t even happen until the last 5 minutes. BND is gonna be the best spider-man movie because they finally are letting tom lock in and be Spider-Man full time, and not Iron-boy Jr.

I’m not done ranting. Marsh forgets Antman and black panther both came out the same year as infinity war. Diffrent levels of quality, but nobody was moaning and complaining about Antman. What made these event feeling is that there was a continuous story set by the events of civil war. Before civil war we did t even call avengers movies events. The MCU has always had a variety of quality, they just didn’t have a dozen stories happening at once. It literally was a surplus problem

If I want action, I watch John Wick or Ballerina. I want entertainment from Superhero movies not dumb s--- and boring characters.

No Way Home needed two things. Hardy’s Venom meeting Spidey and an introduction to Miles in the post credits

Not a fan of BP, I think It’s the most overrated Marvel movie ever.

Ant Man 2 was ok for what it is, just a forgettable villain that ended up joining The Forgettables as she should lol

Also it’s not Wanda’s fault she stole the show. Multiverse of madness was actually good and would have been an all timer if the story wasn’t basic, and strange actually did something other then run for 2 hours.

MOM has some of the best shots post endgame. They just happen to all be Wanda showing off her power and acting skills.

Venom movies are dumb but mindless entertainment . Superhero movies are about action, specifically the MCU formula that is built off action, Comedy, and drama. It’s the joss whedon formula he cultivated from Buffy in the 90’s. The first 2 avengers movie is that to a T. The Russo’s got the job of the next 2 avengers movies because they did that but put action at the forefront. Winter soldier is hailed as the best because they balanced stellar action with a genre specific filming style; Political action thriller. The Russo’s continued this with Civil war, and the main reason why it was way bigger then Batman v Superman is because of the action in the airport scene. That scene was the basis for thier next movie, Infinity war and endgame. And do you know why most people like infinity more then endgame? It’s cuz of the action. Ask anyone, the Wakanda scenes, the Thanos vs strange sequence, and the action in New York at the start of the movie. The action is a key element that makes these movies re-watchable. So wether you watch it for that or not don’t matter, cuz once again your opinion don’t matter. The mass public’s does.

Which is why I hope Doomsday is more like infinity war. Where different characters across the marvel universe meet for the first time. In IW, Thor meet the Guardians, Ironman & Spiderman meet the other half of the Guardians. Doctor Strange meet Ironman. These first interactions were hilights of the movie comedy and drama wise. Strange calling Tony a dipshit, Peter just being happy to be an avenger, Cap saving Wanda & Vision, Black Panther giving Cap a new shield. All these iconic moments happen because the heros had to work together to overcame Thanos. That’s how doomsday will be. New Avengers meeting Old Avengers, Fantastic Four and X-Men. All with conflict about how to save thier universes and who owns the copyright of the Avengers Name, but none of that superficial stuff matters and they have to assemble a team to stop Doom. @DiggleDogg69 can I bleed him yet?!

The Russo’s were the right guys for Doomsday and secret wars. Any other director would focus on the drama over action. But it’s pretty apparent MCU fans want more action in thier movies. It’s the balance of drama and action that determines if the story will hit or not. But you can’t tell me Nightcrawler teleporting, Wolverine slashing sentinels, Cyclops blasting avengers, Magneto fighting Doom, and Tobey swinging in to help the F4 fighting off other X-men don’t sound cool as h---.

Marvel studios still has a mystery July 23rd 2027 movie. I assume Fiege is gonna keep it secret until Comic con next year. All the theories of its being Doctor Strange 3, Shang Chi 2, or Black Panther 3 still. But I am positive that it Blade, and Marvel wants to get this right and make amends for making fans wait since 2019. It has a writer and new script, but I think they are waiting to drop the news of the perfect director. I hear rumors that it's gonna be a big name that's never done a superhero movie. And it's confirmed Mia Goth is still attached to the project. Which gives me faith they are gonna go for a genuine horror movie. I cant confirm this, but he has had meetings with marvel publicly about a secret project and I think I figured it out: Jordan Peele. He was in the running for X-men, but now that Jake got that I think Marvel offered him Blade. Jordan Peele is known for Psychological horror hits; Us, Nope, and Black Klannsman. It's all starting to make sense why Marvel would choose someone well respected and can tell POC stories authentically, with critical and commercial history. Also the stars of U.S. and Nope are literally MCU stars in the Black Panther Movies. So it’s very easy to blend the blade stories alongside the black Panther characters for the MCU adaptation
