Sep 25, 2025 at 8:02 PM I finished the rest of Wednesday season 2. I’m glad they kept up the quality of episode 1 to where everything from the humor, horror, drama, mystery, entertainment, etc. was amped up like crazy compared to season 1. I was slightly worried the season would get worse or that it wouldn’t be as good as season 1, but that worry was put to rest. This was a great season and in some moments was even better than season 1. I heard the viewership dipped which is a shame. @Marsh I’ll give my thoughts on Agnes since you asked. I was skeptical about the addition of her character at first, but she ended up being very helpful. Her ability to turn invisible ended up being especially useful for many reasons throughout the season. Her character arc of going from a Wednesday stan to finding her own identity was interesting. Also the new Lady Gaga song was good. There was a lot of added characters this season in general, and I liked most of them. The main episode I wanna talk about is episode 6 though. To me it’s the best episode of the season, even better than the season finale. It’s genuinely a brilliant episode, and I was smiling almost the whole time. They really f---ing dialed up the humor this season, I don’t remember season 1 being this funny. Wednesday and Enid switching bodies was hilarious. Seeing the actors have to act like the complete opposite character while still having to act like the character they were already playing was so fun. Emma Meyers did a decent job as Wednesday. I know she was actually originally supposed to play Wednesday, but I think this showed me Jenna Ortega was the right choice lol she just does it better. Jenna Oretga acting like Enid was wild, that dancing scene gotta be the funniest thing in the whole show. Regarding the season finale, I hope Enid is okay! Also seeing that MFer beat the s--- out of himself was gold. Can’t wait for season 3. This might be the best show Netflix has right now.
