Oct 1, 2025 at 3:35 PM Orphan I had this on my 'watch when I feel like it' list for years. d--- this was a great movie. Psychological horror with a twist I didn't see coming. Might even check out the prequel! Great to see Vera in another role than Lorraine as well. Kids also do a great job, very good acting especially the Esther one. 8/10
Oct 1, 2025 at 4:46 PM Trailer looks cool but it made it seem low budget with bad acting, guessing that isn't the case then?
Oct 1, 2025 at 4:58 PM I strongly disagree w that. Especially the lead (as I said its the woman from Conjuring series) and the kids do a great job. Definitely worth checking out!
Oct 1, 2025 at 6:29 PM Fax. And it’s been a scary spooky year for my enemies meanwhile it’s been crazy and hilarious for me. It’s about to get even worse for them in October. I already have my horror outfits on. Imma need to dress up in my Ghostface outfit sooner rather than later! I love Halloween it’s really magical. Horror movies soon! I need to rewatch Scream
Oct 2, 2025 at 8:24 AM Aight Orphan part 2! Really curious how they pull this off. Not gonna spoil anything what I mean w that
Oct 2, 2025 at 8:44 AM I watched Lost Boys and I forgot that it has some of the best kills in horror. It's gothic though so you might not like it but it makes it a little easier when the female love interest is a 10/10 lol
Oct 2, 2025 at 12:53 PM Orphan: First k--- A prequel to Orphan. It's not that easy to come up with surprises since we already know how the story eventually ends. Still, even if the story has been told in the first movie (and we know the twist/secret going in), they came up with some pretty cool stuff I didn't expect. This movie didn't really need a sequel 13 years later, but the way they gave the backstory a bit more attention and a different point of view, really cool! Also for the ones that did watch both; Spoiler awesome how in the first a 11 year old played a 33 y/o and now a 25 y/o played a 9 year old. Very well done by Isabelle Fuhrman!! Dope movie and I heard there's gonna be another. 7.8/10
Oct 2, 2025 at 5:07 PM The VVitch After reading the praise this gets, ground breaking brilliant 10/10 ratings all over I went in with crazy high expectations. Perhaps that was the problem. The whole 1600's theme was done very well, the whole setting and mood, great. Also this wasn't the typical jump scares movie but more a family in despair making bad decisions / targeted by a supernatural force. Instead of showing monsters, ghosts and goblins they just make the people go crazy and blame eachother. As a psychological story, I agree with most of the high ratings. But in the end the movie wasn't that enjoyable and I checked several times how long before it was done. Altogether very well done and different but not something I'd watch again. 7/10
Oct 3, 2025 at 8:03 AM It Feeds Kind of a weird story but the message is about letting go of your guilt etc. Don't expect a deep origin story or explanation for the s--- that happens, if you just sit back and ignore all the weird stuff it's kind of enjoyable. 6.5/10
Oct 3, 2025 at 10:06 AM Death of a Unicorn Very mixed opinions on this one from what I've seen. I liked it. It's never boring, sometimes funny and some good scares. Yes most of the characters are pieces of s--- but that's kind of the point here. Selfish b------s that get what they deserve. Fun movie and a good message. Paul and Jenna are great leads. 7.7/10
Oct 3, 2025 at 10:10 AM Also excited as f--- for Scream 7 man. Very curious how they are gonna use Roman since they ignored his excistence every since Scream 3 (until 6 where they mention him, but just as 'another' killer). He's her brother lol. I personally think it's gonna be either a flashback or a nightmare scene. As for Stu, could be as well but maybe he never really died.
Oct 3, 2025 at 11:21 AM I still gotta finish up the A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise. I never watched Wes Craven’s New Nightmare or the 2010 reboot.
