Oct 12, 2025 at 11:23 AM Demoni (Demons) A 1985 italian horror movie about some random people getting tickets from a masked guy at a trainstation. The tickets are for a movie preview. Except, inside of the theatre people turn into demons and the people are trapped. This truly is an italian version of From Dusk Till Dawn in a way mixed with Evil Dead. It's gory, has some fun scares and it's just... gross lmao. It doesn't have a plot or any storyline at all, and if you are looking for a proper conclusion.. skip this one. But if you want some blood, demons, kills and stupid s---, def check it out! 6.5/10
Oct 12, 2025 at 12:49 PM Yeah they rreally messed the movie up imo but the script itself s----d . ... should never have green lighted that version. Just think how many different scripts of Exorcist have been made and shopped around. I would've been way happier if they just rebooted the OG with same storyline.
Oct 12, 2025 at 2:51 PM Well they kinda had to do it this way. Tell a new story but bring back legacy charaters. Scream did it, Halloween did it. And for those it worked. However, w Halloween the story revolved about Laurie, Michael and some new characters. Scream also brought a new lead but in the end it was about Sidney/Gale/Dewey just as much. Even IKWYDLS had a pretty good mix between old and new characters. Exorcist had a completely new story and just threw in Chris McNeal -and Reagan as fan service- to literally add zero to the story lol. She just told her preachy story and got stabbed by the girl. I'll be honest I liked the scenes w the kids in the hospital, the woods, the church scene, some of the other 'demon' scenes. And yeah I complained about the boring long exorcism scene but to be fair the OG Exorcist has that too to an extent. Just less monologues, and the side story about Damian was way more interesting than that awwwwful nun/neighbor woman. They could have went the requel way, but make it way more scary and actually connect it to Reagan and not just 'its the same demon' which wasn't even the case. I mean the whole world disagrees w me but Exorcist II aside from some very dumb choices at least continued Reagans story. And ofc Exorcist III which was more a (great) spin off.
Oct 12, 2025 at 2:55 PM Oddity It's a very 'small' story, no big time Blumhouse type of s---. To me its waay overrated (people call it one of the scariest etc.) kinda like The VVItch. However it does actually have some very scary scenes.. jump scares ánd tension. But the story is a little lame despite the twists. And all of the characters are kinda awful/s-----y people tbh. So yeah giving this a 7/10 solid movie. Also gonna take the VVItch 7 and give that a 6. This one is way more enjoyable to me.
Oct 12, 2025 at 3:13 PM They could've just followed the same formula as IT and just retold the same story but with today's technology, I'd honestly take that rather than what they actually released. Definitely cool to have a new storyline man its just believe truly was bad. IDK if Ryan Murphy does movies but s--- I'd say let him have a go at these old horror classics. He has classic horror TV shows and id call him a veteran since AHS season 1 was years ago now

Oct 12, 2025 at 4:54 PM Halloween 5 Okay so Halloween 4 already was impossible in a way. Laurie shot both his eyes out, so him being able to see didn't make sense. But Michael had to come back so I can forgive them. Halloween 4 is, along w 2018, my second Halloween movie. But Halloween 5... despite some pretty solid scenes, is such a mess lol. Loomis, who was trying to save Laurie and later Jamie, turned into a bigger psychopath than Michael. His obsession, altough making sense to an extent, was very unhealthy. Again, Michael had to come back so they changed / ignored the ending of 4. But why didn't they check if he was dead after the bomb went off? But the strangest thing in the whole franchise: why on earth would that old guy leave Michaels (dead, he assumed) body in his house for an entire year?? And didn't think it was strange he just laid there and his body didn't rot? Lmfao I am really curious how they came up with that s---... I knew they wrote this in a few weeks but d---. Or did he just live with that guy for a year playing house. Lol. Then a year later he puts on his mask again and its an entirely different mask? Weirdest opening ever. Then, after some scenes at the clinic they k--- off the perfect final girl Rachel (next to Jamie) and we're stuck with annoying Tina. The teens in this movie were awful so nobody cared for their deaths. The scene w the car being scratched was funny though. Clown cops also s----d, why try to insert humour? Aside from all that garbage the Jamie/Michael scenes were pretty cool, the chase scenes. And I really liked that eventually it was Loomis that trapped him and caught him. But why not burn his body or chop off his head? Sent him to prison, after he literally murdered an entire police force in the previous movie? Still, a decent conclusion. But naahhh some random guy comes in, shoots an entire force of armed policemen and breaks Michael out. Sure. Gonna give this a 4/10 this time around because it has some cool scenes, and Danielle again is amazing playing Jamie. Not gonna watch Halloween 6 again where the s--- really gets awful w that thorn bs. The only redeeming quality of H6 to me is the storyline of Haddonfield wanting to ban Halloween... and Tommy Doyle's return. But jezus jamie being kidnapped, r---d as a teen and then being killed off in the opening... what a way to ruin that character. And of course Michael being just a puppet.. so lame. It did also play with the idea of having someone else becoming evil, the Danny kid. After Jamie (but canceling it) that's the second time they didn't follow up. It took them like 26 years before they finally did with Corey.
