    a year and 2-3 months in since starting to workout (July 2024). Made good progress and more to go.

    Probably not exactly a hot take but I imagine lower volume with high intensity probably gives you a better b--- for your buck longevity/health-wise. You ever used weighted jump ropes? I've been thinking of getting a set from Crossrope.

    I agree. Less volume is less strain on the joints in my view. I always aim for a higher intensity quicker work out.

    Don’t think I’ve ever use weighted ones no. I’d definitely recommend any jump rope activity though. There’s a reason almost every boxer does it. Great for getting that heart and blood pumping and great for burning calories (if you’re trying to)
