Oct 14, 2025 at 5:13 PM The last two weren't brilliant neither lol The first one is and will always be goated. For me Scream only needed 2 movies
Oct 15, 2025 at 3:16 AM I honestly think they are all great. But yeah especially the killer in 6 is awful even if I liked the movie. Scream 3 was a solid one too. 4 is probably my least favorite. 1 and 5 >>>
Oct 15, 2025 at 9:46 AM Agree. The opening was really good though. But GF with a shotgun etc was kinda cringe and I was annoyed with Randy's cousins. I did like most of it though but not close to 1, 2 or 5 I agree
Oct 15, 2025 at 9:49 AM This is actually a good film I think @Marsh would even like it I'm going to have to rewatch the series again it's been years since watching the older ones.
Oct 15, 2025 at 4:40 PM Strangers 2: Prey At Night Instead of a long stalking period, here the trio goes right to violence. However they still play with their victims. Some parts are kinda dumb like the ending but even if it's different from the first, I love it. Great slasher. 7.8/10
Oct 15, 2025 at 10:59 PM Ends is actually the least interesting in the last 20mins cause it tries to both be an ending to the series at the last second and cowarding out of putting a new killer in, they should have went further in either direction instead of trying to do both (coming from someone that actually likes Ends.)
Oct 16, 2025 at 1:37 AM I also like Ends as you know. But what you mention the last 20 minutes, is actually the issue for the biggest part of the movie. It tries to tell a new story, and that takes courage I admit.... however they called it Halloween Ends, its the last in a trilogy and the trailer completely focussed on this being the final confrontation between Laurie and Michael. So they had to end that story. I'm sure that whether people liked it or not, literally everyone was waiting for Michael to show up (though the little hints were awesome imo). Instead if focusses on Corey and then 'oh s---, Michael is there too'! Like I said earlier another 2 hours of MM walking around killing would have been kinda lame too so props to the writers.. but not as the final movie lol. Had they introduced Corey ealier and he somehow took over, I think fans would have responded differently. Then again after the whole Jamie situation... Also the intro was f---ing great. A male babysitter, all the hints of MM showing up but something completely different happens. That's sadly the only time it really felt like a Halloween movie (as in, the vibe) though.
