Jan 26, 2026 at 1:04 PM i think black skinhead was the last kanye song i actually enjoyed. which was what, 13 years ago? d---
Jan 26, 2026 at 1:40 PM Last few months haven't either but enjoyed most of it quite a bit for months! Solid album
Jan 26, 2026 at 4:42 PM The last Kanye album I liked was College Dropout which is a classic I'm just not a Kanye fan. When he was rapping on proper hip hop beats, he was great. After that his style wasn't for me at all.
Jan 27, 2026 at 5:58 AM He let me hear it. It sounds better than Lucifer. I assumed it was a Compton era track but CeyCey disagrees.
Jan 27, 2026 at 7:13 PM I definitely enjoy a handful of songs. Wasn't great though. But to each their own.
Jan 28, 2026 at 5:44 PM Yeah and Resto said Em had been working on it since 2021 to his knowledge. And... there's that clip of him on the Superbowl promo showing him v Slim Shady... so this seems true. So like 3 years? Wtf did he 'work on' for 3 years? A couple of good songs, a bunch of rehashes and poor man's Castle & Arose lol.
Jan 28, 2026 at 5:59 PM How good was that technology in 2021 were he could change his voice? Maybe he did a lot of recording to get his voice to sound like his old self and as the technology progressed he kept recording and changing things. I've no issue with old songs and beats being reused. It shows that he has good songs in the vault that he is waiting for the right time to release. It shows he doesn't just put all the best songs on his albums and discards the rest. What people should think is how many good songs did he record in the last 5 years but never made it to any projects? But they may be ideal for a future project. There was also rumours that it was a trilogy and the next one would have been the death of his other characters. Maybe there is some truth to that and he recorded 3 albums of material.
Jan 29, 2026 at 9:58 AM It's alright. Very overrated though. Everybody acted like it was the re-definition of music just because he mixed some more strings and s--- lmao. 'WOW KANYE TACKLES HIS FAME AND INSECURITIES'... yeah because that's never been done before. It's a good album. Not even top 10 rap albums of all time though imo, let alone best albums ever. Maybe top 100 albums ever.
