Mar 10, 2026 Pink can add a certain ferocity when she wants to. If she did more of that, I’d probably like her more overall. Better energy match there. Skyler just has a victim vibe now. This hasn’t worked with Eminem for years, imo.

Mar 10, 2026 I do love Walk on Water, but that was Beyoncé on the track itself. Skylar wrote it but only performed it later. But otherwise sure, lots of people love all of these, so obviously ymmv. I actually love all of Revival (I'm in the minority there, I know.) But I don't like any of the other 3 as songs. They add to the vibe I'm talking about. Pink could have absolutely slaughtered Leaving Heaven & Black Magic

Mar 10, 2026 Won’t Back Down is exactly why I say Pink is the fiercer choice. & Pink songs aren’t Eminem songs, so no surprise if you don’t like his feats on her songs. I don’t either, actually. I’m talking about Eminem songs where she does the chorus & even Need Me. Need Me has an emotional counterpoint between them that supports the song, imo. If you don’t like the song, and most people seem to hate it (partly because the female view & verses are uniquely dominant in a Eminem song for a change), there’s no reason you’d agree. Skylar’s Eminem songs contribute a lot to the victim vibe I’m talking about, though I actually LIKE her on all of Revival. WoW was Revival, but again, that’s not her singing. She’s also done Stan live, and Rhi’s part of Ltwyl, & to me, not to their improvement. Just my opinion. Done with the overdone Skylar stuff. Pfft. There are other female artists & he needs a new voice and a new angle of the s-----y “women are such meanies wahhh” failure-at-dating songs, if he can’t stop wailing about it. Change it up, ffs. Please, for the love of Mike. Anyway. I’m happy if you like her still.
Mar 10, 2026 Sky and Em have some dope stuff together but I want to see Em work outside of his camp for the next album. Give me Billie, Give me O Rod, I mean s--- even give me Taylor! I just want to hear something NEW. He is Eminem, he can get anyone in the industry on his album
Mar 10, 2026 He don't need an album full of collabs (although, a side project like Ed Sheeran's "collaborations" would be dope), but what made MTBMB so cool to me was the range of collabs. Waking up to see an Eminem album with collabs with Young MA, Juice WRLD, and Don Toliver was crazy...and that's just counting the new school names that featured!
