This was THE game growing up for myself and a ton of people I knew, strongly considering buying an N64 again for this game since it's been so long since I played it. I remember the story mode was great and multi player was too. I still remember some of the levels like the train level, that science lab place, the outdoor one in the snow where you ended up in some building, etc.

Please tell me others played this back then too? Classic game.

I don't think I played any game in my life as much as I played Goldeneye.

I literally played it until the cartridge broke lol

Wish they could release this exact game on the xbox 360 or something, I'd definitely buy it. I assume microsoft wouldn't have the rights though anyways since it was nintendo.

f--- I'll probably end up buying an N64 again soon just for this lol.

God bless my uncle for letting me have it back when I was a kid, this game was amazing. As dope as online multiplayer is it's hard to not forget how awesome it was to have friends/family come to your place and play multiplayer especially in this game. They better have brought that extra controller tho

Goldeneye was my favorite movie. Owned all of the Brosnan Bond flicks as a kid.
Used to spend hours at my neighbor's house. Proximity mines>*
Perfect Dark was the only FPS that even held a candle to it.

    Use an emulator.

I just played this last weekend with 3 people, owned them all with rocket launchers on Facility. It helps that I still had the level layout memorized. ;0

Also @Kon, just buy an N64 from Craigslist. I did a few years ago for like $30

I was talking about this game yesterxay. So many good memories of sitting around plating this with friends. We had a no OddJob rule back then bc of how short the f---er was. Can't even begin to count how many hours I spent plating this s---. I recently took out my Ps2 to play ff7 again and I maybe have to bring out the n64 for this too

    I loved this game.

I always wondered... What was on the other side of the vent in the washrooms in facility.. and did anyone ever get to that side?

Just looked it up and you can buy a nintendo 64 on amazon for about 40 bux and the goldeneye game for about 20, I'm definitely gonna do that soon. I'd rather play it on the n64 then on my phone or the computer or whatever.

Myself and an old friend of mine would play this 24/7 back in the day. Would always have a blast facing each other and planting the proximity mines having each of us scared to take steps.

He never let me play the campaign :SADWAYNE:
