May 29, 2015 Absolutely. Relapse was the worst album of his career. Recovery is the best thing he's done since 8 Mile. He took a step back with MMLP2 but he's back on track with Shady XV, his Best Friend verse, etc.
May 29, 2015 Well, he did cement his legacy and became the Rap God so... I don't know what that tells you or if it needs any more explanation...
May 29, 2015 he's kind of building it back a bit... Guts Over Fear, Fine Line... 3 more to go. Let's hope Phenomenal gets in there
May 29, 2015 Not at all. He's gotten much worse. He's been stuck on this horrid flow for a long time now. I don't think we'll never hear anything exciting from him again. People hate on Relapse, but it's the last Eminem album that actually feels like an Eminem album. Before he started to care so much about everyone's opinion and totally lost any direction he had.
May 29, 2015 He's had ups and downs since then, is certainly no better than he was then, but is miles ahead of where he was when he made Recovery. Shady XV stuff is pretty bad, but not much worse than Relapse
May 29, 2015 I think he has improved significantly as an emcee. He did lose one thing though since 2009, and it was the ability to make a song like "Beautiful". That was probably the last Eminem song people will look back to and feel that vibe only Eminem could give you.
May 30, 2015 and since ArchDogg has weighed in, we can now confirm that Beautiful is easily one of the worst songs on Relapse and Deja Vu is good
May 30, 2015 he's been hit and miss for me, Shady XV isn't even the best stuff he's been releasing. but his Best Friend verse is pretty good. i'm waiting to see what he brings to the table with the Southpaw Soundtrack.
May 30, 2015 you're one to judge on unhealthy foruming habits. just how long exactly have you been talking about how bad Beautiful is and heckling poor, innocent Arch Dogg?
