Starting Insanity for the 3rd time

    So I've tried this two other times. Made it 3 weeks the first and like 4 and half weeks the second time. Seen results both times, but I'm a big procrastinator. This times legit:westbrook: anyone else experiment with insanity?

    I knew I needed to do something when I was brushing my teeth and my t-ts were jiggling

    Incorporate something sustainable like swimming or biking into your routine instead.

    I'd have to agree with this..getting results fast is nice but in the end you can't really keep up that kind of routine for too long, you'll end up hurting yourself or just get tired of it. Try taking the slower approach and youll probably be more likely to keep it up and have a better appreciation for the hard work you put in

    am gonna add probably 5+ bike miles in or 2-3 jogging miles along with insanity. i need a beach bod

    That's a pretty high intensity regimen. You'll probably end up hurting yourself if you don't be careful.

    I'm a fat boi so take this with a grain of salt but I'd do that inanity thing until you reach a point where you just stop like you apparently have before, and then switch over to a more sustainable thing like swimming biking or jogging that way you kinda give yourself a head start

    I think what a lot of fatbois dont realise is, diet is more important than exercise. You gotta change that. Cardio can only do so much.

    That is a big part of it. Cardio definitely helps too though.

    Yeah I'm definitely watching what I eat and only drinking water. Hopefully I can pop in here in a week then 2, 3 weeks from now and say I actually see results/ feel better.
