    LBJ def played weaker opponents in the east, but mj never went up against those spurs teams in the finals with the teams lbj had. MJ is still the goat but its just amazing to see lebron doin this stuff right now

    The Pacers were a real threat too, although they didn't have championship experience. But yea, I agree to some point. MJ also faced weaker teams in The Finals than LeBron tbh, '07, '13, and '14 Spurs were stronger than any team MJ ever faced if we're speaking objectively. Eastern Conference was as bad as it is now during his 96-98 reign too, Only legitimate threat was Orlando (for one year in 96) and the Heat, maybe Pacers in 98 and that's about it. So I think there isn't that much of a difference between now and then.

    The Spurs were/are too real. Either way, Can't marginalize what either MJ or LBJ did/is doing. Both are on my NBA Mt. Rushmore.

    Pat Riley offered D-Wade less than 10M per season. I can't even think of a word to express how much disrespectful is that. This is beyond everything I witnessed in my 22 years of life. I'm a very sad man right now.

    That's why the Lakers franchise is GOAT (not hyperbole here I mean the greatest of all time) because they always pay their superstars slightly above market value as a reward for the benefits they've given the franchise. That's the type of disrespect that will cause future superstars to not want to sign with Miami in free agency. If Dwayne Wade leaves the Heat it will be a sad day for the NBA.

    Unless he comes to LA :hov2: (I've heard rumors)

    Riley wouldn't have none of his 3 rings if it wasn't for Wade. If it wasn't for the greatest final performance in history of basketball in '06 and if it wasn't for Wade bringing LeBron to Miami and letting him lead his team while he was still in his prime. Dwyane Wade is the greatest human being to ever walk this earth fam.

    I had no problems with Lakers giving Kobe that money, dude deserved it for all the glory and s--- he brought to LA for 2 decades. There isn't a single player in the last 20 years who could've done that for them except Tim Duncan.

    That's why Stephen A. Smith calls Kobe "Box Office." HOME BOY SELLS TICKETS.

    But D Wade is #3 on the all time best NBA s---t guards list. Shame he isn't being respected the way he undoubtedly deserves to be. Might give him a better chance of chasing a title elsewhere but I'd love to see him finish his career as a Heat lifer.

    Word, he gave them 10 times that money just off that.

    At this point I don' really care for the rings as far as Miami is concerned. Since LeBron left I just want to watch and enjoy seeing D-Wade play for a few more seasons he has left. I've been a fan of him since '05, dude has been the biggest role model in my life for sure, on and off the court. I even planned to fly out to US sometime in 2016 just to see him play while I still can. If he doesn't retire as a Heat, s--- is gonna be a disgrace to the NBA and whole Heat organisation. Riley won't get a pass from fans in Miami for that, he'll be out of there in no time, they won't forgive him for making one of the greatest ever leave his home this way.
