    They have been the f---ing worst to deal with. I bought a xbox one from the microsoft store on tuesday. I bought it from there because it came with two free games and a $50 microsoft gift card. It was a pretty good deal.. Came out to be around $380. I was excited, I got express shipping to get it before the holiday weekend and because I am switching residents soon.

    Today was the day where I was supposed to get it at the latest. It doesn't show up. I call microsoft they can't even find a tracking number for it. They give me the runaround. They blame UPS. I talk to someone else they say maybe its because my money hasn't cleared thats why they hadn't shipped it. All bs. Finally talk to someone sensible who says they will send it to the "Microsoft escalation team". Someone sends me an email tonight at 1 am saying they are investigating it but won't be able to get back to me until July 6th on "if its possible if they can ship it to me"

    By then I will be at a new residents 3 hours from where I originally planned to receive the shipment. So at this point i'm about to cancel my order and get a ps4. These guys are f---ing clueless and inept.

    That's why you just should of went with a good ol' gaming PC.

    i'm about to get a refund and never buy anything microsoft related again in my life. such ineptness from such a large corporation..

    I probably emailed the guy back tonight a little to hostile. It just irked me when he said "If we can ship it" i mean christ. this is the peak of 1st world problems, but amazing to me.

    they emailed me back this morning and said my issue was "probably" due to the warehouse being out of stock. LOL. they'd let me know later. cancelled my order. done with these fools

    so it won't be shipped until monday at the earliest now. after i bought it tuesday with express shipping. beautiful job microsoft :)
