Tech Problems with Apple Music

    I just made the switch from Spotify to Apple Music yesterday, I need them exclusives. But my god am I having a bad experience so far.

    So I still have my Spotify membership for the remainder of the month so I'm still able to compare speeds and such.
    When I'm not on wifi, Apple Music takes a good 1-5 minutes to load a single song, and my Spotify take 5-15 seconds. I can't download my music because I don't have enough storage and I have unlimited data anyway.

    Does anyone know why this could be happening? I tried to talk with Apple Support and they disconnected from the chat...

    very very weird, usually its instant for me

    also get icloud and download with wifi my n-----

    i hate these streaming services because of what apple music is doing and what tidal was doing with exclusive releases. it makes it so unaccessible for people who want to listen.

    exactly man. I wish I could stay with Spotify but it's gotten to a point where I can't listen to the music I want with all the Apple exclusives.
