I need a producer to consistently work with and help develop my sound. I am about to release my first mixtape, and am working on my second. The second is already vastly superior because the first one involved a lot of learning how to use a DAW and create decent mixes as reference tracks for my engineer. I have unreleased music I can show you to prove I am serious about this s---, and have been grinding for a long time to get skilled enough to release s---. I like anything that would fit in on Days before Rodeo, Swimming, or Man on the Moon. Atmospheric, some alternative influence, and interesting arrangement are all things I look for. i got a used maschine mikro.
Only problem is, i dont have the maschine software and i dont have the license.
I wanted to use the maschine with ableton and it seems that i can control it to some degree but i'm not albe to play drums with it.

How can i fix it?
