Been sitting on this for a few months now. I don't know if y'all will like this but it is one of my favorite things I have ever produced. The problem is its only a min and a half and I have no idea where to take it or what else to do with it. If anyone if interested in collabing or giving me your input it would be greatly appreciated!

lmao i've no idea how to get the record function doing anything in FL and my keyboard only works with like a handful of keys for w.e reason. i don't think this would work out well for me

My keys are always like 0.5-1 second off no matter how perfect I play a pattern.. The record function in fl is weird.

I've started making my own patches in Serum because you can control the CPU usage better that way. The pre-made ones always seem to use way too much CPU haha

How do your control the CPU usage in Serum? Do you change the voicing or are there other ways to do it?

Yea just voicing and polyphony but also how you shape your waves and envelopes so it doesn't push the CPU too far. Also in Global you can set it to draft while you're creating to save CPU then put it back to 2x when you export

I dont get how you can keep making these tracks.
Im getting stuck on every beat im working on right. Like the drums, bassline and melody is fine but i need something more to make it feel full. Like another melody or something

i'm tellin ya, it's the meds lol. i was stuck af working on this this morning when i started it and another track for my album the other day, and then a few hours after i took my meds for the day i was focused as f--- and everything came out clearer in the track and faster. it all comes together then and the transition between me f---ing around and not getting anywhere to suddenly busting it out is not even noticeable because i'm so focused i just look back and realize how it came together like that and why

trus. i use to be in the exact same boat. it's only just recently it's turned around on me like this. maybe you just need a way to help you focus and get motivated to work on stuff somehow? Idk how/what, but just something and then you'll be able to work through block and s---
