As long as we still talk to each other with racial slurs on both sides & have people who label others with immediate stereotypes on both sides, we are not even close to stopping the worst of trumps supporters. If you believe in statements like "Islam hates America" & support policies like temporary banning Muslims from entering the U.S, your ignorance is so far through the roof, there is no coming back. People like that already have their minds made. They don't care about facts. They care about what they see on TV and read on their extremist blogs. Protesting is a way of telling them their message, their beliefs, don't belong in this country or in this time period. It's saying we don't condone or support their hateful movement.

Trump proposed a temporary ban on Muslims, because there is a small portion of them who come here TO k--- US. If it were extremist Christain groups who were trying to enter a different country and trying to k--- people, that country has the right to protects its citizens. Sanders needs to be swift to condemn that or the average person may see it as him creating rally sabotages, which will cause negative publicity which unlike Trump, his campaign can get hurt by.
