Nov 3, 2020 Pre-ordered PS5, but I'm honestly not happy with sony on how they are treating their VR consumers on next generation. Was expecting to be able to easily use my PS VR on better hardware, but sounds like VR is getting the PS VITA treatment.
Nov 3, 2020 Back then things were built to last. OG Nokia will still work but an OG iPhone won't have a chance now. Guess it's just part of the manufacturing process, things are built with a certain life span so consumers are forced to buy again or upgrade.
Nov 3, 2020 don't be ridiculous. you can say that you don't care for Microsoft's IPs (like I said, it's pretty much the same for me for the most part) but their entire library isn't garbage. the last thing Phil Spencer said about Bethesda sounds like they would be fine without putting Elder Scrolls 6 on any third party platform. and again, gamepass is an insane value for whoever wants to subscribe to it.

Nov 11, 2020 Mine ships tomorrow. Been thinking about it and am probably gonna list it on ebay. They're going $300 over right now and there's really only one game I want to play out of the box. If I sell it now I can get one early next year and save a few bucks
Nov 11, 2020 Step one of purchasing a PS5, get a TV that does it justice. I've had my TV now for about 7 years and even then it was last year's model. It's a Full HD 3D TV. It was great when I got it and it's still doing great now but I won't see the visual difference moving from a PS4 to a PS5 without utilising 4k. Therefore this is on my hit list. 6 months ago it was £1699. Last week it was £1399. Early Black Friday deals online have brought it down to £1299 today. I'm going to wait until Black Friday to see if it's reduced any more. If it goes to £1099 then it's a done deal and I'll pay for out there and then. £1199 and I'll strongly consider it. Anything more than that and I'll wait until the 2021 model is released and this goes down in price because of that.

Nov 11, 2020 I’m gonna try and cop a PS5 if possible. No clue how covid impacted manufacturing and if PS5 will be stocked on shelves or if they’re gonna be sold out everywhere. But as soon as I can get my hands on one I will. Mostly cause I’m bored though. I won’t pay a penny over sticker price. Don’t need one that badly. Plus there aren’t a ton of launch games I care about.
