my earbuds took a s--- on me last night so i threw this together with my s-----y desktop speakers

edit: probably not going to stick with this style for much longer tbh, i want to get back to a more electronic/atmospheric/downtempo sound again soon

Might also b because I was torn direction wise with this. I sat down and was gonna make a lighter song, but the notes came out pretty dark and reminded me of almost Eminem like beat, so I switched gears but then it changed again when I started messin around with the bass and guitar on it and now im not sure lol

the guitar riffs don't seem mixed too well but I f---s with them when the chorus comes through

then whatever that beat switch after the hook is, is very enticing to the ears. sounds hella yeezus influenced

only real complaint is the melody for the keys during the first half seem kinda all over the place, not a very very consistent melody but the keys still nice lul touch

yeaha, all the mix needs a touch-up once i can, i know for a fact some of the guitar needs work on the low end, starting to sound like to me that there's some conflicting frequencies

and it is a bit, but also comes from takin influence from Zeds Dead/Nero over the years. i love me some raw sounding distorted bass synths

i agree now that i relisten, there's parts where i enjoy the piano bits and other times it seems like it's actively working against the rest of the track, probably how i built it and me not being able to properly hear the mix that caused that. i'm sure i'll end up changing up/removing some of the keys in a newer version
