Oh totally forgot the remake. It's above the trashy ones, below part 3. Kate Cassidy >>>>>

But Freddy is absolutely terrible, without Robert you can't make a great Elmstreet Movie.

I wish they combined it somehow. Like making 4 about Haddonfield, and cut the terrible thorn storyline. And then proceed to Laurie. It's so lame that Laurie would move to Cali leaving her kid (Jamie) in Haddonfield lol.

If they made it like this:

In H4 Michael returns to Haddonfield, he goes on a killing spree looking for Laurie's location. Loomis tries to keep it a secret. The ending of h4 is the start of h20 with Loomis being dead and Laurie's location is revealed. I know it would be difficult given the time in between but they f----- up with that Wynn guy and the cult that made Michael a puppet smh.

Well.. you have 1 and 2 which are like one 'story'. After that there are 2 alternate storylines. 4,5,6 follows the events in the city where he lives, H20/Ressurection ignores that and follows the lead from part 1.

If you truly like it I would recommend watching all of them.. but personally, I mostly just watch 1,2, 4 and H20.

But yeah definitely worth checking it out if you are into those movies.

Never gave Halloween 3 a chance. Might have to reconsider that after seeing this thread.

Freddy vs. Jason and Jason X are two of the worst movies from the 'big four'' slasher franchises

as a matter of fact Jason X is one of the worst movies I've ever watched in my life

The only definitive classics that basically everyone agrees are great are 1 (the best), 2, and 4.

H20 is alright, but it along with Resurrection are very hit and miss with audiences

5 is good in the same vein as part 4, but it's where it begins to get wacky with the story line and just s---. And the quality fades

part 6 is said wacky s--- and lack of quality

    and the Zombie films s---

FvsJ is a cool movie imo. Plus it's the last time we got to see Robert Englund as Freddy. And let's be honest anything is better than that f---ing horrendous Nightmare remake.

I actually really like FvJ. Just watched it a couple weeks ago as a matter of fact. But like you said, MM, it's not scary; like at all lol. But it's enjoyable. Really is just a comedy. Also, pretty f---ing historic. Jason on Elm St? Cool as f---. Hopefully we get to see Englund play Freddy at least one more time. Not too sure how I felt about Casey Jackie or whatever the f--- his name is.
