Aug 12, 2016 @BigCountry @WPG has changed my mind after requesting I re-listen. I rate this project a 2/10
Aug 14, 2016 Bumping so I remember to do this when I get to a computer. Last call in the next few hrs yall
Oct 26, 2016 Gave this a 7.8 originally, and though I still agree that there are a few clunkers in the second half, I can give it a little more leniency because everything after "Freestyle" is technically a bonus track. I also think I missed the mark in just talking about how fun this album is...which it is, but there's a lot more to it than that in terms of emotion, innovation, writing, melodies. It's one of those albums that amazes me every time I listen to it simply due to how fresh/amazing it sounds every time. 9.5/10
Oct 26, 2016 Based upon 11 ratings, SXN80 gives Tha Tour, Pt. 1 an 8.9. @RateThisAlbum [10/26/16] Chief Keef - Finally Rich
Oct 26, 2016 This. s---. Is. f---ing. Fire. Chief Keef goes hard and reps Chicago with this piece of entertainment that while not art, comes pretty close. All of the songs are entertaining as s--- and it's a guilty pleasure that you can't get over. Not as good as his later releases and could use less producer tags but still, fire. I wonder what would happen if Chief Keef stayed with Interscope and didn't get blackballed by BET and appeared at the IE Music Festival. Probably be some good s---. 8.0/10
Oct 26, 2016 6/10 I played it a lot but in retrospect there's nothing really special about it. Obviously the production was dope but overall it was just ight.
Oct 26, 2016 It's a cult classic imo. I'd give it a 7.5/10, I feel like it was better when it was just released. it doesn't sound dusty, I just think it was a better listen when Keef was on top.
Oct 26, 2016 around 7.5/10. it blew me away at first but kinda lost its lustre over time as others hijacked the style and ran with it. Kinda like what happened to Wacka Flocka/Lex Lugar a few years prior. Still, can't deny its very significant influence.
Oct 26, 2016 Legendary mainstream debut. Finally Rich is, in my opinion, the quintessential drill album, and debatably Mr. Cozart's magnum opus (strong emphasis on debatably.) This is a great project, and while I feel Chief Keef has only gotten more intuitive and clever with his flows and lyrics, there's something about his raw tenacity over those Young Chop beats that make this work just as good, if not better, than what he would move on to do. 7.7/10
Oct 26, 2016 Still remember bumping this all junior year in high school. The only bad song is Got Them Bands. It's full of hits and it set the example for drill music. All the features were good, Young Chops production never disappointed, and Keef did his job on the lyrical tip. He had some lines that made me legit laugh like how he could f--- your mother but thats just a part of his charm. Not to mention one of the greatest intros of all time is on this album lol 8.5/10
Oct 26, 2016 I still go back to this album on spotify like this album goes so f---ing hard. Young chop lawdhadmercy!!! even going back to the prime youtube days with the D|G Films s--- Long Live Drill!
Oct 26, 2016 I was gonna say 9/10 to be fair, but since there's so many awful f---ing ratings, i'm going to bump it to a 10/10 rating to try and bump the average. The production from chop and rapping from cheif complements each other so f---ing perfect, there a duo on par with the likes of YG/Mustard or Dre/Snoop
Jan 4, 2017 Based upon 7 ratings, SXN80 gives Finally Rich a 7.8 [01.04.17] Crime Mob - Crime Mob (2004) Pls tag the group @BigCountry
