    from what I read, people who dislike TPAB simply don't like it for personal reasons, but it has nothing to do with the production of the album itself which I feel was flawlessly done. Hence the 10 rating.

    Yeah, I don't think I could ever rate an album 10/10. Giving an album a 10 suggests that it's perfect and no album is perfect. They're albums that are incredible and that I'd probably give a low 9 rating too (Supreme Clientele, God Loves Ugly, Reasonable Doubt) but a 10? Nah. Back on SL I think I gave Illmatic a 9.5, highest I've ever given an album.
