I feel like I disagree with every Arch Dogg post ever but this isn't that far from the truth actually. Difference is Encore should be a lot lower (like a 3/10) and Recovery needs to be knocked down a few points as well (MMLP2 level).

This pretty much nails it though idk if I'd want to sit through Relapse over Recovery tbh lol.

Record sales have nothing to do with an album being good. Plenty of s-----y artists have insane record sales. The concept of recovery was good, but poorly executed.

If you would've asked me what his worst album was years ago I would've always said Encore with no hesitation. I appreciate it more now because it has a few of the best songs of his career on it (Toy Soldiers, Mockingbird, Spend Some Time, etc). If you replace the goofy/joke songs with the bonus tracks it's actually a pretty solid album.

Very good album. Can't believe he followed up with MMLP2. Not a single listenable song on that piece of s--- . He's back on track(as much on track as a post hiatus Eminem can be) with GOF and Fine Line though.

I just said that it wasn't a flop. concept is great, execution was okay-good. I still like Recovery tho

Definitely not classic, but it's still a very good album.
