Jun 5, 2016 The ironic thing about this movie is that they want you to accept an all female cast and not criticize it because they're being progressive. Meanwhile, the only idiot in the group is the Black one who coons her way throughout the film. If you criticize that aspect of the film, they claim it's a throwback to the original Ghostbusters films. So it's a progressive film because they flipped the genders but regressive with the token, stereotypical Black character. Either way, this film can eat a d-ck and choke. I'm tired of these f---ing remakes trying to ruin my favorite childhood films.
Jun 5, 2016 so much pointless bitching about this movie i just want to see it and enjoy it and I probably will... but then again, I never cared for the original or thought it was very funny, so I don't have this whole "woe is me, they're ruining everything i love" view because they dared make a new version while the original still exists for my viewing pleasure

Jun 5, 2016 f--- this movie. #NotMyGhostBusters Literally they're claiming to be progressive and yet their one token black person is a racial f---ing stereotype. And the masses get pissed and scream sexism at anyone who rightfully s----s on the f---ing turd, even though the movie is blatantly racist. And besides that, it just looks like utter s---. Melisa McCarthy playing the same fat idiot she always plays oh boy. How about you make Ghost Busters 3? What about a story where Egon has passed away and it's up to the other 3 to come out of retirement and save the world one last time while honoring their fallen friend. THEN you can pass he torch. But do it right. Ghost Busters was always a clever mix between comedy and horror. There are actually some real scary and disturbing moments in the original. This one just looks like a s--- comedy. Like a s-----y version of bridesmaids with the Ghost Busters name. f--- this s---. Excuse the nerd rage lol

Jul 18, 2016 theyre doing gremlins too anyways china was like "neeh, we dont want that s---" the trailer was the most disliked in youtube history, it looks like s---, i grew up on the og, and kristen wiig is the only one in it i really find comical, mccarthy has her moments but ehh... as for watching this, i surely will. when its available for free on the internet, and ill probably tear it apart whilst doing so

Jul 19, 2016 Yeah it definitely wasn't as bad as I thought it would but holy cameos was there a lot of them. Kate McKinnon definitely stole the film, a definitely more exaggerated female version of Egon. There is a end credit scene that could be used for a sequel if they get the right numbers and reviews. I'll give it a 3.5/5
