    Chris Cornell is my favorite singer ever. The only artist I have ever stanned.


    I've seen him solo, with Soundgarden, with Audioslave and with Temple of the Dog. I just cancelled my trip to Ohio to see Rock on the Range.

    pretty sure in 3rd grade (either 2nd or 3rd) we had to write about our aspirations and i said i wanted to see audioslave live :mjcry:

    I even got a tattoo to pay tribute to the song, but it wore off the palm of my hand in a few weeks.

    first 2 CDs i owned physically were audioslave and out of exile
    i know every word to every song on all 3 of their albums :cry2:he was probably the first artist i stanned too i was like 8
    i even forced myself to like that corny pop album and i still f--- with it

    I hit the country roads today for about 2 hours on the bike listening to Audioslave and Soundgarden playlists. I almost never put on music when riding because I don't want distractions but f--- man this s--- got to me this morning when I woke up and saw the news. I was in 1st or 2nd grade when Superunknown came out but it wasn't until I was in middle school in late 90s that I actually heard Soundgarden. So many great memories I revisited today on that bike ride. Thank you Chris for your music and allowing all of us to enjoy your talent. Rest easy.
