Dec 13, 2017 Who gave the original MMLP a 1 out of 10 rating... like do you even like Eminem. What are you doing on this forum.
Dec 13, 2017 my ratings SSLP 10/10 MMLP 10/10 TES 10/10 Encore 5/10 Relapse 9/10 Recovery 7/10 MMLP2 6/10
Dec 14, 2017 Should I post a "rate revival" thread to be able to include Revival here in this thread / graphic? @Guma @Michael Myers @Koolo The ratings of Revival in that one review thread are very, very split. Most popular opinion is 3/10, the second most popular opinion is 9/10. I'm thinking about including either age, or a "for how many years have you listened to Eminem" question to be able to see if that is somehow related to the rating. What do you think?
Dec 14, 2017 I fear that by then most of the people who hate it will be gone. Many (including me) are just here, because of the release.
Dec 14, 2017 It needs to be listened to thoroughly first. You can’t just rate an album one day after listening to it. Look at Koolo, he gave it a 3, now he loves it.
Dec 14, 2017 Nah, mate. Seriously, if you need to listen to one album 30 times to be able to enjoy it, then I'd strongly question if it's good. Nobody listens to an album more than 2-3 times to form an opinion. People just stop listening. You really need to be a hardcore fan to do that - and in that case I rather have the initial rating than the whatever comes out of "I forced myself to listen it many times, and now I like this Eminem album, too!".
Dec 14, 2017 There are a lot of albums that need to be listened at least 5 times to catch everything that's going on in it. THAT'S WHY KOOLO CHANGED HIS OPINION. Cause he didn't set it in stone after a listen or two. TPAB is a great example.
