I really don’t get the Revival hate. The album turned out much better than I expected after he released Walk on Water.

Walk on Water is not a terrible song overall just not lead single. Believe is good, Chloreotic is good. The pop singers weren’t bad. Untouchable, Framed and Offensed are good. And In Your Head, Castle And Arose was a great outro.

Is it the Eminem Show? no but for a 45 year old eminem, I don’t get the hate. Would have liked a different lead song but overall album is fun and I don’t get the hate.

MMLP 2 imo was a forced album to either please his long term fans or to try and maybe compete with his first MMLP project, I think it was purely created for the wrong reasons. I think Revival is more of a natural album in the sense that this one contained present issues whilst addressing past ones, it has more of a reason to exist than the MMLP2
