Nov 13, 2017 It's not gonna be much different. Marshall has a thing these days for making these catchy names but coming up with generic content. Marshall Mathers LP 2, Recovery, Walk on Water, etc.. The only thing that might be different is that he might just do a lot more sob story songs about how he can't impress his fans and it will basically be his retirement album. That's one possibility. He might just come out with all these honest facts about the way he feels and tell a bunch of sob stories. But if he isn't going in that direction, the only other way he's going to go is to make a bunch of pop songs sprinkled in with a couple decent tracks. Probably will hear songs like So Much Better, So Far, Monster and Rhyme or Reason. It's either one of these two. It's not going to be anything like TES or 8 Mile or the original LPs. It's either another MMLP 2 or just a whole album about how soft he's gotten and how he's not God. Might apologize to all the Stans.
Nov 13, 2017 And at this point what could he rap About that he hasn't ? Every album has At least 5+ good songs , i think it's crazy To expect him to make an album as good As "TES or 8 mile". every artist has a prime
Nov 13, 2017 He is legitimately broken. With relapse, the accent was an actual choice. You can tell he was the same amazing rapper, all the skill in the world still, but choosing to do an accent alienating people (I like it btw). He was making bad choices, but his musically abilities were still intact After that, to stop the accent the guy started f---ing screaming to over compensate, a trait he still cannot help from doing (or sound like he's trying to hold back from) on every song since. Then with h--- the sequel, and starting with recovery/forever he started the obession with over technical rap and syllable cramming s---. Then between that and mmlp2, his flow started to break down too. Alot of the features started this weird ugly.sporadic stop and go flow. And now instead of broken flow, he just has the r-----ed acapella flow. Basically no flow. All these problem have been building up and not going away. These dont feel like choices anymore, they're just the way he is. Plus with his new found love of cookie cutter s-----y choruses, garbage production, no restraint with bad puns and his inability to stop trying to compare himself to s--- old s--- instead of moving forward, I am legit not sure if he can come back from it.
Nov 13, 2017 Yes. It seems as if he is pretty much finished. And it drives him crazy because he knows it. I think there's a very strong chance that this whole album will be a pity party.
Nov 13, 2017 he needs to kick rubin, skylar, paul and royce out the f---ing booth, and needs the bass brothers to sit there and train him how to rap to beat and write music again like they did pre-fame. Or dre to do it or d12 or whoever. Since he is too far gone at this point quality wise to produce a well rounded hip hop project. There few interviews where the BB said they literally had to sit him there and stop him from speed rapping and being r-----ed and actual focus on rapping to a song
