    LTWYL isn’t s---. It’s well written and has a good chorus. The only dull thing about it is the generic beat.

    Completely different songs... also LTWYL was a smash hit. I believe it went diamond digitally on iTunes.

    River is in the making of being a hit. It’s radio play is crazy right now.

    I’ll personally go with River. Eminem talking about abortion of his child is deep. Eminem’s already talked about women abuse in his other songs by his own hand (Superman, Love you more, etc)

    LTWYL uses its song structure as a tool to strengthen its narrative, river is a desperate attempt to recapture that, without any of the self awareness that made ltwyl work

    Ah i see what you mean, but thats not how i meant it. In LTWYL he is the man who mistreats his woman. He talks from the man's perspective, who would say stupid s--- as "dont you hear sincerity in my voice when i talk" or "look me in the eyeball". There is no detail in this song that makes it relatable or that goes anywhere beyond the surface, which is especially weird since he's the one experiencing it.

    In River, he gives more details, is the third person in the love triangle (so its logical he wont go into the details of the husband/wife's perspective) and its a better song for it.

    Does that explain it better?

    River is only another lazy and uninspired attemp of emulate the success of love the eay you lie. A product, the equivalent in music to a burguer from mcdonals. not a piece of art. just like everything on revival exept believe castle and arose.
    Love the way you lie is better.
