Why u so surprised? they can't write songs, can't do hooks, can't do melodies, can't make an entertaining song, can't do harmonies. This the type of elements most music listeners want and enjoy hearing. Why be surprised when people consider him and every other members music boring

Being technically skilled lyrical MC's like Royce, Crooked I, Jay Z, Nas, Reakwon, Ghostface, Busta Rhymes, Canibus, Andre 3000, Rakim, Method Man, Redman, Kendrick Lamar, Ab Soul, Lord Jamar, Kurupt yes it is skill but it is based on a lot of practice and it is very mechanical they practiced that craft of rappity rapping and aspects like word play and multi's and metaphors and punchlines for so long

I do love pop based hip-hop, melodic hip-hop, song writing hip-hop, artistic hip-hop whatever term u want to use

But I also do like at times straight up rap, hardcore rap like this. A rap song with a hook even



This song is straight up rap as I said doesn't even have a hook, they all spitting bars, it's hard rap, traditional straight up rap. But it actually sounds good there is still a vibe to it. Doesn't sound mechanical even though it's lyrical and there is no hook

He's a crap song writer, crap overall artist, crap at making music for the reasons u stated as well as others. I dunno why u said 'doesn't sing enough' he doesn't sing at all period never has at all. He can't sing nor can he do a hook

But he is a great Emcee and a great rapper, great lyricist, great technician on the mic I have always admitted he is nobody denies this. It's just that type of music doesn't appeal to me at all I hate it can't stand it. Same applies to most people they just don't like straight up rap like Royce makes hence his very low and poor sales his whole career

What is hard for people that do like the straight up style of rap that Royce makes like u to understand?

U like lyricism and bars

I and most people like song writing and pop based hip hop
