Dec 10, 2018 To be honest, I don't even want him to attack rappers anymore. Enough of these mumble rap disses. Mumble rap f---ing slaps and there ain't anything he can do to remove it. It will just hamper his own image. The best way to go out is, take some dope producers like The Alchemist, Illa Da Producer, Mike Will Made It, DJ Premier, Daringer, Pete Rock along with some hip hop features from Westside Gunn, Benny, Conway, Boogie, Royce, Black Thought, Travis Scott (lead single), Kendrick Lamar etc and make a more street oriented hip hop album. He can just trade bars with his features, tell some stories about his life and career we haven't heard before, touch on how his relationship is with D12 (Especially after that Stepping Stone track), How he was able to find the new talent he just got under his wing, about Detroit and condition of people over there, how has his relationship with his daughters, Kim has been after 2010s and finally some words of advice to an upcoming generation of hip hop artists.
Dec 10, 2018 I don't think he has enough material for another Kamikaze. Fans liked the album a lot. Only ones he can attack is some stupid newspapers and critics, also Grammy's. Those can be summed up in a song anyway. Since he has made so many love songs, he should really focus on some other stories to tell. I don't know. I doubt he really has that much of a personal stuff to share now. Maybe he just needs to do smh like Relapse (of course without any accents). No way he'll go with Revival route again which was almost same as Recovery. He won't use pop hooks anymore. Kamikaze only had Jessie Reyez and she didn't had 4 lines of generic pop hooks on neither of the songs. That's better. Makes the songs sound more natural. I'm kinda sure he'll be using trap-ish beats like he did with Kamikaze because actually trap drums are great and they are hot now.
Dec 10, 2018 I'd like to see my fav Em in the next album, my favorite Em is the one who raps on dark type beats. Literally this could have been great with an Em verse They're very versatile for Storytelling just like Medicine Man, Bad Guy "Last Verse", My Darling (This reminds me that you can still playing with your Alter Egos, something like, Make Slim Shady to look alike Donald Trump, Parody him instead of direct attack). Pay 1 million to Metro Boomin for some sick dark trap beats. Now, one of the main problems are the lyrics. I know he likes to brag about being the best rapping and making wordplays, also he likes to make story telling love songs about toxic relationships. Superman , Seduction and The Hills Remix (I think that Dark R&B Beats can fit you well) are great examples of this combination (Those beats are fire, and the lyrics are great and the flow is smooth!), he should do more songs in that way instead of trying to replicate "Love The Way You Lie". With dark beats you can rap about the problems of our society (here it fits so well, f--- "Like home" s---, that was corny.) let K.Dot help you, he created (ToPimpAButterfly). Also, Eminem, don't be lazy, create your own hooks man, you can have some features, yeah, but at least they must be really good creating a catchy hook (Like The Weeknd, Sia, Rihanna, Travis Scott, Swae Lee, Drake, Adam Levine). Collab with + rappers, like Kendrick Lamar, Joyner Lucas, Big Sean, Logic (Stay away of biracial stuff, let his producer 6ix create you a hard trap beat and a club b-----r he's very good at it), J cole, Jay Z , Nas, Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg. Max songs for an album 12. Oh, almost forgot, i'm tired of rappity rap on almost every track, it's more pleasing a smooth and slow flow for understand the message.
Dec 10, 2018 Tbh, I don't want for Em to make any new albums or projects unless it's fully f---ing mixed and mastered by Dre. I don't nedd to hear full album that was handled by his tone deaf engnieers and one minute instrumental intro that Dre did. f--- this. Em is a f---ing worldwide giga-star and quality of his music sucks a--- while we have someone like Token who's s--- sound 10 times better and he is pretty much underground as f---. So Dre to the fullest this time, or f--- off please
Dec 10, 2018 Dre beats, Dre feature, hard a--- tracks similar to Kami just flexing on rappers, fun song featuring Porter and Royce would be dope as well
Dec 10, 2018 They don't have the longevity of Relapse production tho. Even though I enjoy them a lot but it's mostly because Em is flowing on them better than his usual style lately. I'd be happy with Dre mixing the whole album and overseeing it as long as the beats are dope like Oxnard. Eminem just needs a creative direction and the only one who seems to want to critique Em's decisions is Dre. Kamikaze was fantastic but again there's issues that shouldn't be there like the Jessie Reyez tracks and Venom - all should be bonus tracks (if at all) they add nothing to the theme of the album and throw off the course and ending. The track-listing is jarring the way it is - Normal and Stepping Stone should not be in between Lucky You and Not Alike it throws the whole vibe off. These are all things that Dre can prevent if they work together.
Dec 10, 2018 As of right now yes this is confirmed. As we know things do change. Thats why im not revealing the title just yet.
Dec 11, 2018 Is it 50’s song? Or Em’s? Eminem hasn’t done a song with 50 on one of his own projects in nearly a decade.
Dec 11, 2018 I just want Em to have at least one more smash hit before his career is over with. At least successful as The Monster. He’s had one almost every phase of his career except recently.
Dec 14, 2018 Actually I disagree. At this stage in his career quantity is prob better over quality. He's already fallen off but still maintains the highest possible fan base. From a business perspective, you've gotta cash in on this. I see Em's future career being about 80% of what we've seen from Snoop Dogg over the last 10 years. And I wouldn't be unhappy about that.
