Jul 31, 2020 He posted a IG story talking about Eminem. Stan's still going strong after all this years.

Jul 31, 2020 Can you point me to some of Future’s more lyrically impressive songs? Not even trying to be a d-ck, just haven’t listened to much of his music outside of the radio hits.
Jul 31, 2020 They also only think one very specific type of writing = “good writing.” It’s really weird because “Deja Vu” and “Codeine Crazy” are both evocative portraits of addiction but they’ll dismiss the latter as trash or meaningless because it doesn’t fit into the box they put hip-hop in.
Jul 31, 2020 But it’s not just 1 classic imo. He revolutionized the mixtape game and released the single greatest mixtape of all time in Guess Who’s Back. And that alone is one of the greatest rap projects ever released. Plus most of Power of the Dollar is all classic songs (although I’ll grant you this was never officially released). And then he followed up GRODT with the massacre which was a really great album, just not GRODT level. Post massacre he’s always released at a bare minimum good albums (if not better than good). Plus beg for mercy and all his features? I think it’s fair to put him in the discussion.
Jul 31, 2020 crosspost with this thread and the terrible opinions thread but snoop is a better mc than eminem. straight up. i'm not even into snoop like i stan em but just watching the "battle" with dmx + a bunch of snoop live performances, dude is on another level as a showman/master of ceremonies. obviously he's nowhere near ems level lyrically but otherwise he is absolutely top tier. can freestyle, actually freestyle, better too. edit, maybe not but d--- if he isn't entertaining. i saw someone post he's pretty much done the same verse/steeze/flow over and over for 30 years but he's perfected it and makes it work so f---ing well. if he wasn't so one note he'd be the legit goat
