Jan 6, 2016 thats on Meek Mill to add his names to the credits, Drake's camp isn't proofing anything MMG is publishing. Drake made that song, threw it in the trash, Meek found it, bought it off Drake, added a verse, forgot to credit QM, and that was it.

Jan 6, 2016 I also listened to the Weeknd joint a lot. Trillest, Pullin Up and Lord Knows get plays to this day though. Honestly I didn't like RICO one bit. RICO is a shining example of everything I hate about 2015 Drake. Lazy, monotone, no substance, no replay value. I didn't like this album as much as Dreams and Nightmares but thats because I listened to D&M a lottttt more. I don't know which is the better album, I have to listen to both side by side.
Jan 6, 2016 I remember I didn't like DWMTM because I felt like Meek was the least exciting part of that whole album. The productions and the features were the most memorable parts of that album. And like I was looking for something of this calibre the whole album too: Obviously I didn't expect him to drop a song this good, this is one of the best songs in rap in recent memory. But this level of performance, he made that song his b----. Meek got one of the best voices in rap right now imo

Jan 6, 2016 That was one of the most popular, figured I'd mention some of the ones deeper in the album that I don't hear about a lot. @Mike Tyson D&M Intro is my generations Public Service Announcement as far as I see it. I remember downloading that album off of SL the night it leaked. Got on the bus the next day before I could drive to go to school and plugged in my headphones, won't ever forget that beat switch, I didn't expect it one bit. I don't really know how I'd match up D&M vs DWMTM tbh
Jan 6, 2016 meek got a rare song in that intro because a lot of times when a song has a switch, the second half is so much better than the first so you're sitting there waiting for the switch like but both halves of that song are amazing. the substance of the first half, the energy of the second. great song.
Jan 6, 2016 Me and a friend of mine were talking about which into was better, the D&M Intro or Lord Knows.. All you really gotta think about is that first time you heard D&M to get your answer imo. Lord Knows is a b-----r though, Meek has become notorious for making amazing opening tracks for his projects.
