    Downtown has 106+ million views.

    Macklemore + Ryan Lewis concerts will continue to sell out.

    Streams still don't accurately portray album sales. Who even buys albums anymore?

    1,500 streams = 1 album sale. I'm not even close to listening to a single album 1,500 times. Guess I've never "bought" an album.

    "Sales" are so weird in 2016. Truly becoming irrelevant. If Kanye never releases another physical album, he will have hardly any sales ever again.

    I haven't listened to this album yet, but if I remember correctly the standout tracks from The Heist didn't blow up until a while after the album was released. The Heist sold 78k first week, that wasn't necessarily an album people were expecting to blow up like it did either.

    we all know that. I agree sales are becoming irrelevant. But he sold 1.5m in 2012/2013. Looks like he will struggle now to sell 300k. Thats a flop & Downtown wasn't a big hit either.
