    God d--- man PCs and all this s--- is so confusing and stressful. Funny to see how much things have really changed if this was made in SL guarantee it wouldn't get a single reply and if it did it wouldn't be a serious one. Hope you get your stuff fixed up man. Shout out to @DetroitSkills respect man.

    ahh ok, either way the fbi ones are usually easy to get rid of, theyre more of an annoyance than anything,

    any damage done to your files by now is non reversable, if you truly dont care about the pc just reinstall dude, the thing is, you cant back up those encrypted files now, do you have a previous backup?

    its actually mostly fun, its pc PROBLEMS that are stressful. haha, and thanks for the s/o man but theres not much i can do unless he has a previous backup

    true enough, as it stands he has nothing (as far as we can tell from here)

    but he doesnt know i dont think about linux and how to run two OS's

    Oh...No i dont have one for like the last year since i got it...wow that really hurt to hear.huh I guess ill fix it tommorow and move on...That sucks so much man i had so many written verses and lyrics and important pictures to me...:emoji_cry: Thanks it means alot you helped me this far ill do what you said about rebooting tommorow.Im logging off thanks everyone actually Peace out

    1. Go to the website and download this Linux OS: http://blog.linuxmint.com/?p=2864
    It's just an operating system, it works like Windows or OSX
    2. Download this tool: http://www.linuxliveusb.com/
    So you can put the OS in a pendrive
    3. Open the program, insert the pendrive, search for the file and wait
    4. Reboot the computer. If it starts Windows instead of Linux change the BIOS configuration and disable UEFI
    5. Enter to the operating sytem
    6. Go to the file explorer and search for your Windows folder. You should be able to find it easily
    7. Copy the archives to another place (external hard drive, pendrive, secondary partition, whatever)

    Done. Then you should reinstall Windows.

    No, he can't decrypt the files without having the key. It's impossible to break the encryption, nobody in the world can do it. Not NSA, not China, not Russia. It's not possible. Reformat and learn from your mistakes.

    Don't bother with this, not going to work

    aghhh, aight man im sorry you had that happen, we've all been there... or atleast i have haha, just dont sweat it, consider it a fresh start man...
    ill talk to you tomorrow and ask you about drives, and setting up more than one, if you need another drive as a back up we can work something out, i have 10 or so 32gb harddrives and would have no problems sending you one as a backup or as an alt:emoji_thumbsup:

    even if, they mst likely wouldnt give it back in full, theres always s--- lingering after ransomware has been contracted, sucks but the only way to learn is to go through the mistake
